  3. A 50% down payment is required upon order submission.
  4. Production is scheduled based on your requested ship date and project scope.
  5. Shipment is released according to your confirmed timeline.

Element practices just-in-time manufacturing. Furniture is not built and stored in advance. Production timing aligns with your requested ship date.

• Requested ship date must be at least 6 weeks from order date
• Ship date may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance
• Changes are permitted up to 5 business days prior to release to production
• Ship dates may be adjusted provided production has not started
• A 50% down payment is required at order entry
